🎈 Bubble House (15ft Tunnel + 10ft Dome) At Happyvibez, our stunning Bubble House is the ultimate showstopper for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and any celebration in need of a little magic! This inflatable dome creates a unique and exciting experience for both children and adults, bringing joy, laughter, and amazing photo opportunities. 💫 What’s Included • (15ft Tunnel + 10ft Dome) • 10- 12 inch balloons floating inside the Bubble House (You select colours of choice) ✨ Optional Add-Ons • £65 – Balloon garland added to the outside of the dome • £15 per hour – On-site attendant for smooth, supervised play 📍 Delivery Information • Free delivery within 7 miles of our base in Beckenham (BR3) • £0.75 per mile thereafter ⚠️ Important Bubble House Information & Safety Rules • NO SHOES, FOOD, OR SHARP OBJECTS ALLOWED inside the Bubble House • All entrance doors must be fully zipped closed after entering and exiting • If the zips are left open, the Bubble House will temporarily deflate • Once the doors are zipped closed, the Bubble House will re-inflate • For best airflow, ensure the middle access zipper is fully closed An on-site attendant is available if you’d like help managing entry and ensuring seamless fun throughout your event, Just let us know and we will check availability Make your event unforgettable — book today and bring the Happy Vibez to your celebration!
Cancellation Policy
📅 Scheduling & Cancellation Policy We’re all about good times and stress-free fun! To make sure your event goes off without a hitch, please review our booking and cancellation policy below: 🗓️ Bookings & Scheduling All hires must be booked in advance via our website, social media, or directly through phone/email & Secured with an applicable non refundable deposit. Final payment is due up to 48 hours before the booking date to be paid via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival before equipment is set up. 🔄 Rescheduling You can reschedule your booking up to 72 hours before your hire date at no extra cost (subject to availability). Please send us an email or call with your request (contact details provided below) Rescheduling within 72 hours may result in a forfeiture of the deposit, depending on circumstances and availability. We’re flexible with bad weather reschedules (for outdoor bookings). If heavy rain/wind is forecast, we’ll work with you to find a new date or offer a full refund. ❌ Cancellations Cancellations made: More than 7 days before your hire date: Deposit is non-refundable, but no additional charge. Less than 7 days: 50% of total hire fee is due. 🌧️ Weather Policy (Outdoor Bookings) Safety first! If weather conditions (strong winds or heavy rain) are unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel the hire on the day. In that case, we’ll offer: A full credit toward a future booking Or a partial refund for funds already paid , minus the deposit. ❤️ Customer Responsibility Please make sure access is clear, and the setup area is flat, safe, and free of hazards. If setup isn’t possible due to site conditions (e.g., no access, unsafe area), it may be treated as a cancellation. 📞 Need Help?
